Tobdan
The little known language of sTodpa, a branch of Bhoti, is spoken in the small area of the upper region of the Bhaga Valley in Lahul in Himachal Pradesh, in the Western Himalaya by a group of people of about 4000. The area being located remotely in the harsh environment in the High Himalaya, the languages remained since ancient past much saved from contacts with the other languages and unpolluted.
